📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Sous Chef in preparing and cooking dishes according to recipes and standards.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen.,Ensure the quality and consistency of dishes served to customers.,Assist in the planning and organization of the kitchen, including inventory management.,Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.,Assist in training new kitchen staff and maintaining a positive work environment.,Participate in kitchen meetings and contribute to the development of new recipes and menu items.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Assistant Sous Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of various cooking techniques and methods.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of food quality.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Ability to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
