In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing banquet events, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our catering services. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and organize banquet events from start to finish.,Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.,Prepare and present food and beverages according to the event menu.,Ensure the banquet area is clean, organized, and ready for the event.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests.,Manage inventory and ensure all supplies are available for events.,Assist in the setup and breakdown of banquet facilities.,Maintain accurate records of event details and customer feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in banquet or catering services.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of food and beverage service is a plus.,Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects.,High school diploma or equivalent.
