📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue and market share.,Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other stakeholders.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Manage and oversee the business development team, providing guidance and support.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of business development initiatives.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of business development initiatives, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.,Prepare and present business development reports and proposals to senior management.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in healthcare and business development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, healthcare, or a related industry.,Strong understanding of healthcare industry dynamics and regulations.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with CRM software and business development tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
