📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Implement and monitor sales strategies to meet and exceed branch targets.,Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.,Handle inventory management and ensure stock levels are optimized for sales performance.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.,Collaborate with the corporate office to ensure alignment with company-wide goals and initiatives.,Monitor branch finances and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
