📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the lifecycle of IT assets, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards for IT asset management.
• Track and report on IT asset usage, performance, and depreciation.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with SLAs.
• Implement and maintain IT asset management tools such as ServiceNow, SAP, or similar platforms.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of IT assets and vendor performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices in IT asset management and vendor governance.
• Provide training and support to end-users on IT asset policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT asset management and vendor governance.
• Certifications in IT asset management (e.g., CISM, CISA, or ITIL) are a plus.
• Proven experience with IT asset management tools such as ServiceNow, SAP, or similar platforms.
• Strong knowledge of vendor management processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
