📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive the growth and success of the center.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring alignment with company objectives and industry best practices.
• Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
• Collaborate with senior management to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulatory bodies.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, incorporating new knowledge into strategic initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of success in strategic planning and execution.
• Strong understanding of the mining industry and its regulatory environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
• Proficient in using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or similar.
• Certification in strategic leadership or a related field is a plus.
• Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
• Ability to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally, as required.
