📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, design, and construction of projects.,Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.,Coordinate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.,Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues.,Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.,Train and mentor junior engineers and site staff.,Maintain and update project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.,Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using project management software and tools.,Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.,Familiarity with local regulations and building codes.
