Mixpanel is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Campaign Manager to lead our marketing efforts in the APAC region. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing high-impact marketing campaigns that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our marketing strategies align with business goals and deliver measurable results.

Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns across the APAC region, focusing on user acquisition, engagement, and retention.,Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.,Analyze campaign performance using Mixpanel and other analytics tools to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.,Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to optimize campaign performance and ROI.,Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure campaign success.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and user acquisition.,Report campaign performance to senior leadership and stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations.,Identify and pursue new marketing opportunities and initiatives to drive business growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,8+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and user acquisition.,Proven track record of successfully managing and executing marketing campaigns.,Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.,Experience working in the APAC region is a plus.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
