📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting quality control inspections on products to ensure they meet established standards and specifications.,Identifying and documenting defects or quality issues in products.,Collaborating with production teams to address and resolve quality control issues.,Developing and implementing quality control procedures and standards.,Training and mentoring junior quality control inspectors.,Conducting regular quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.,Maintaining accurate and detailed records of quality control inspections and findings.,Providing regular reports on quality control metrics and trends to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control and inspection roles.,Strong knowledge of quality control principles, standards, and regulations.,Proficient in using quality control software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Familiarity with ISO quality management systems is a plus.
