📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the sales team, setting clear goals and objectives to drive revenue growth.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction is maintained.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities and trends.,Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to ensure that our products meet customer requirements and expectations.,Provide technical support and guidance to clients, helping them to maximize the value of our products and services.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and recommendations to management.,Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events to promote our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales engineering or a similar role.,Strong understanding of technical products and the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
