📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the spa, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.,Manage and supervise a team of spa professionals, including therapists, receptionists, and support staff.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain guests.,Maintain and optimize the spa's inventory and budget.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Provide exceptional customer service and handle guest inquiries and complaints.,Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance the overall guest experience.,Plan and organize spa events and promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Spa Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in spa management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of spa treatments, products, and protocols.,Familiarity with hotel property management systems and software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proven track record of success in a similar role.
