📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance using SAP and QuickBooks.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations, including VAT and PPh 21.
• Manage vendor invoices, payment processing, and expense tracking.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to support business growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
• Monitor and optimize tax efficiency, ensuring accurate tax filings and compliance.
• Conduct regular reviews of financial processes to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or tax, with at least 1-2 years in a managerial role.
• Proficiency in SAP and QuickBooks, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in CPA or ACCA is a plus.
