📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute a content calendar that aligns with marketing goals and seasonal trends.
• Create high-quality posts, videos, and stories using tools like Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, and CapCut.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative ideas and concepts for content.
• Capture and edit photos and videos of events, products, and promotions using a DSLR camera or smartphone.
• Engage with our audience by responding to comments and messages on social media platforms.
• Analyze content performance using analytics tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in content creation and digital marketing.
• Assist in organizing and executing in-store events and promotions to enhance customer engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or event organization.
• Proficient in using social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and SEO best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian.
