📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities by contacting potential customers, conducting market research, and presenting company products or services.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Sales Manager.,Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and other sales materials.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote company products or services.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales-related events as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.,Familiarity with sales tools and software is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Excellent time management and organizational skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
