PT Jaya Amanah Prima is a dynamic and fast-growing company based in Kebayoran Baru, Jakarta Raya, that is looking for a dedicated HC Shared Service professional to join our team. In this role, you will be a key player in ensuring accurate, smooth, and timely payroll operations, contributing to the overall success of our HR operations.

As an HC Shared Service specialist, you will be responsible for managing and processing payroll data, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. You will work closely with various departments to gather and verify information, and use tools like Oracle PeopleSoft and Excel to streamline payroll processes. This is a contract position offering competitive pay and growth opportunities within the company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and process payroll data accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
• Gather and verify information from various departments to ensure the accuracy of payroll records
• Use Oracle PeopleSoft and Excel to streamline payroll processes and maintain data integrity
• Assist in the preparation of payroll reports and ensure timely distribution to relevant stakeholders
• Collaborate with the HR team to address payroll-related queries and resolve any issues promptly
• Stay updated with the latest payroll regulations and industry best practices
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies at all times
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance payroll processes and efficiency

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a contract position
• Proficient in using Oracle PeopleSoft and Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of Indonesian payroll regulations and tax laws is a plus
• Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus
