📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes for Mandarin-speaking candidates
• Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues
• Coordinate with international partners and team members to ensure smooth HR processes
• Update and maintain HR records using BambooHR and Workday
• Organize and facilitate training sessions and workshops
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Support the HR Manager in various projects and initiatives
• Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, with at least 1 year in a similar role
• Fluent in both Indonesian and Mandarin (both written and spoken)
• Strong knowledge of HR software, including BambooHR and Workday
• Good understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
