Bit Town Abadi is seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Account Executive to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our sales efforts by assisting in the development and implementation of sales strategies, managing client relationships, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with limited sales experience looking to build a career in sales.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans.,Manage and maintain client relationships, including follow-ups and updates.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Assist in preparing and presenting sales proposals and reports.,Support the sales team in achieving quarterly and annual targets.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.,Assist in the organization and participation in trade shows, seminars, and other sales-related events.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Recent graduate with a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Proven experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with sales software and tools.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Ability to meet sales targets and deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
