📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and organizing group activities and events.,Ensure the safety and well-being of members during activities.,Maintain discipline and enforce group rules and regulations.,Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth operations.,Assist in member recruitment and retention efforts.,Provide first aid if necessary during activities.,Assist in the preparation and maintenance of activity equipment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar leadership role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.,Good physical fitness and health.,Knowledge of first aid and basic emergency procedures.,Ability to organize and plan activities effectively.,Familiarity with local regulations and safety guidelines.
