📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the nursing team, ensuring high standards of patient care.
  • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures.
  • Conduct staff training and development programs.
  • Monitor patient care plans and ensure they are followed.
  • Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Manage and maintain nursing documentation and records.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Handle patient inquiries and complaints, resolving them in a timely manner.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a registered nurse in a clinical setting.
  • Leadership and management experience in a healthcare environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Valid nursing license and certification.
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
