📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist foreign nationals with visa applications, work permits, and residency documentation
• Ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date
• Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the immigration process
• Stay up-to-date with changes in immigration laws and regulations
• Work closely with the team to deliver exceptional service to clients
• Assist in the preparation and submission of immigration applications
• Provide information and advice to clients on immigration requirements and procedures
• Monitor and track the progress of immigration applications

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law, International Relations, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in immigration consultancy or a related field
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian immigration laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Familiarity with immigration software and tools such as VISANET and SIMAK
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Valid work permit or visa for Indonesia
