📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and manage job postings on various job boards and company websites,Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including social media, professional networks, and recruitment agencies,Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide input on candidate suitability,Maintain a database of potential candidates for future hiring needs,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of recruitment strategies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages
