As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring that all inventory is accurately tracked and managed. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.,Manage and supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of productivity and performance.,Implement and maintain inventory control systems, ensuring that all stock levels are accurately recorded and monitored.,Coordinate with suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure that all goods are received, stored, and distributed in a timely and efficient manner.,Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to, and that the warehouse is a safe and secure environment for all staff.,Work closely with the logistics team to ensure that all shipping and receiving operations are carried out to the highest standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in managing warehouse operations.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.,Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, and to set and achieve performance targets.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.,Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
