As a Sales Assistant & Cashier, you will be the face of our store, assisting customers with their purchases, and ensuring a smooth and efficient checkout process.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist customers with their purchases and provide product information.
  • Operate the cash register and process customer payments accurately.
  • Ensure the store is clean and well-organized.
  • Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily targets.
  • Assist with promotional activities and sales events.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the store manager.

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of cash handling and inventory management.
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
