📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily sales activities and ensure targets are met.,Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback to the team.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Represent the company at sales meetings and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management or supervisory roles.,Strong understanding of sales principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using sales software and CRM systems.,Ability to travel for business purposes.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
