📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures.,Conduct inspections and tests to ensure compliance with quality standards.,Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Train and mentor junior quality control staff.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in quality control.,Ensure adherence to safety regulations and standards.,Provide quality control-related reports and recommendations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control, with at least 3 years in a senior role.,Strong knowledge of quality control principles, standards, and regulations.,Experience in using quality control software and tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations.
