📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the mall, including retail, food and beverage, and service operations.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Manage and mentor a team of supervisors and staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
• Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.
• Work closely with vendors and third-party service providers to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with mall stakeholders, including retailers, tenants, and service providers.
• Participate in mall development projects and initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in a mall or similar environment.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
