📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist ophthalmologists in performing eye examinations and procedures, including slit lamp examinations, retinal examinations, and intraocular pressure measurements.
• Manage patient records, including scheduling appointments, updating medical histories, and coordinating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain a clean and safe clinical environment by adhering to all relevant regulations and standards.
• Provide patient education and support, helping patients understand their eye conditions and treatment options.
• Collaborate with the clinic team to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities and the delivery of high-quality patient care.
• Participate in continuous professional development activities to enhance your skills and knowledge in ophthalmic nursing.
• Assist in the administration of eye drops, injections, and other treatments as directed by the ophthalmologist.
• Provide emergency care as needed, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients in critical situations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Registered Nurse with a valid nursing license.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in ophthalmic nursing or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of ophthalmic procedures and equipment, including slit lamps, retinal cameras, and tonometry devices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and healthcare professionals.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems, such as Medisys or Practice Fusion.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe clinical environment, adhering to all relevant regulations and standards.
