PDI Manager - Tobacco Manufacturing

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the entire Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) process, ensuring that all products meet quality standards.
• Coordinate with production teams, suppliers, and quality assurance departments to plan and execute inspections.
• Conduct thorough inspections of tobacco products, identifying and documenting any defects or non-conformities.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards to ensure consistent product quality.
• Prepare and maintain detailed inspection reports and documentation.
• Train and mentor junior staff on quality control and inspection procedures.
• Collaborate with senior management to continuously improve quality control processes.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control or a similar role within the tobacco manufacturing industry.
• Proven track record of ensuring product quality and compliance with industry standards.
• Strong knowledge of quality control systems, such as ISO 9001, and familiarity with relevant industry regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in using quality control software and tools, such as SAP QM or similar.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
