Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Manager - Construction

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive HSE policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and address potential hazards.
• Provide training and education to employees on HSE best practices and procedures.
• Monitor and report on environmental impacts and ensure compliance with all environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with project managers and supervisors to ensure that all construction activities are conducted safely and efficiently.
• Investigate accidents and incidents, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Ensure that all construction sites are equipped with appropriate safety equipment and materials.
• Promote a strong safety culture throughout the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE management in the construction industry.
• Certification as an Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) professional, such as the Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or the International Safety Professional (ISP).
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international safety regulations and standards.
• Proficient in using HSE management software, such as SAP, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
