Outsourcing Coordinator - Batam

This role is crucial in managing our workforce outsourcing operations, ensuring seamless coordination between our company and external service providers. As a key player in our operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire outsourcing process, from initial recruitment to performance management and termination. In this role, you will work closely with our HR team and external service providers to ensure that our outsourcing needs are met efficiently and effectively. You will be responsible for managing contracts, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. With your strong communication and organizational skills, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the quality and efficiency of our outsourcing operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the entire outsourcing process, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of external service providers.
• Oversee contract negotiations and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Monitor the performance of external service providers and provide feedback to improve service quality.
• Coordinate with the HR team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
• Handle any disputes or issues that arise between the company and external service providers.
• Ensure that all outsourcing activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide regular reports on the status of outsourcing operations to senior management.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in workforce outsourcing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in workforce outsourcing or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using HR management software such as SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle PeopleSoft.
• Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
