📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide legal advice and support to the management team on a wide range of legal matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations and laws.
• Assist in the resolution of legal disputes and represent the company in legal proceedings.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
• Prepare and present legal reports to senior management.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure legal compliance in all business activities.
• Maintain and update the company's legal database and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a legal practice, preferably in a corporate or commercial setting.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and English languages.
• Professional certification such as Advocate, Lawyer, or equivalent.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with legal software and tools such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar.
